Ingredients
  

For the sliders
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small slider buns
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Big Mac sauce or a mixture of mayo, ketchup, relish, and mustard

Method
 

Cooking the Patties
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on top of each patty to melt.
Assembly
  1. Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  2. Assemble the sliders: place a patty on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a generous dollop of Big Mac sauce.
  3. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently in an oven at 325°F for 8-10 minutes or in a skillet on low heat until heated through.
