Method
Cooking the Patties
- Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into small patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on top of each patty to melt.
Assembly
- Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the sliders: place a patty on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a generous dollop of Big Mac sauce.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently in an oven at 325°F for 8-10 minutes or in a skillet on low heat until heated through.
