Quick and delicious peanut butter fudge using white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and crunchy peanut butter cups. A perfect treat for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter Creamy or crunchy peanut butter can be used.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups mini or regular peanut butter cups, chopped Chocolate chips and chopped peanuts can be used as substitutes.
  • 0.5 cup Reese's Pieces, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper. Trim the edges of the parchment with scissors if needed.
  2. In a saucepan over medium low heat, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heat until hot but NOT boiling.
  3. Add white chocolate and peanut butter to the pot, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  4. Let stand for a few minutes to cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of chopped peanut butter cups, mixing gently to keep some pieces whole.
Assembly and Chilling
  1. Pour the mixture immediately into the prepared pan.
  2. Top with remaining chopped peanut butter cups and chopped Reese's Pieces.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
Serving
  1. Remove from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
  2. Serve as desired, alongside whipped cream or a selection of drinks.

Notes

The fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months. Use wax paper between layers when freezing.
