Preparation
- Prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper. Trim the edges of the parchment with scissors if needed.
- In a saucepan over medium low heat, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and heat until hot but NOT boiling.
- Add white chocolate and peanut butter to the pot, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
- Let stand for a few minutes to cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1 cup of chopped peanut butter cups, mixing gently to keep some pieces whole.
Assembly and Chilling
- Pour the mixture immediately into the prepared pan.
- Top with remaining chopped peanut butter cups and chopped Reese's Pieces.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
Serving
- Remove from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
- Serve as desired, alongside whipped cream or a selection of drinks.
Notes
The fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months. Use wax paper between layers when freezing.
