Preparation
- Gather all your ingredients. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. Cut broccoli into small florets, and mince the garlic and ginger. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Cooking
- In a frying pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Once the beef is cooked, toss in the broccoli florets. Continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan along with soy sauce. Toss everything together to combine, ensuring that each ingredient is coated evenly with the sauce.
- Serve the Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
This dish is great for meal prep. Store portions in the fridge for up to four days. You can swap out the beef for chicken or tofu.
