Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until the beef is evenly coated. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the marinated beef to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir quickly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and beef broth to the pan. Cover it and steam for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pan and combine everything, cooking together for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve the Beef and Broccoli hot over cooked rice.

Notes

For a healthier option, use gluten-free soy sauce and low-sodium broth. This dish is great for meal prep and can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Variations can include adding other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
