Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Base of the Bang Bang sauce.
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce Adds sweetness and spice.
  • 1 tbsp sriracha Adjust to taste for spice preference.
For Assembling
  • to taste slider buns Opt for whole-grain or gluten-free buns.
  • as required lettuce and other toppings Customize with avocados, pickles, or onions.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.
Coating the Chicken
  1. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shake off excess flour, dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Baking
  1. Place coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through, aiming for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Making the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Whisk until smooth and adjust spice to taste.
Assembling the Sliders
  1. Place a crispy chicken tender on each slider bun, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and add any desired toppings.
