Cooking
- Air fry or skillet fry the chicken until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then stir-fry the mixed vegetables until tender.
- Add cooked rice and scrambled eggs to the skillet, mixing well.
- Toss the crispy chicken in the prepared bang bang sauce, then add it to the rice mixture and stir gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
