Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, oats, and cinnamon. Mix them well until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into small ramekins or oven-safe bowls, making sure not to overfill.
Baking
  1. Place the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until the tops are set and lightly golden.
Serving
  1. Allow the bowls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally topped with extra fruit or a drizzle of honey.

Notes

These bowls can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for a few days. They can be reheated easily, making them a perfect quick breakfast.
