  • 1/2 piece kiwi fruit Scoop out the flesh for blending.
  • 185 ml coconut water Can be replaced with water or soda water for a lighter version.
  • 6-8 pieces mint leaves Fresh mint adds flavor and aroma.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is recommended for optimal taste.

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the avocado in half, removing the pit, and scooping out 1/4 of it.
  2. Cut the kiwi in half and scoop out the flesh.
Blending
  1. Place the avocado, kiwi, coconut water, mint leaves, and lime juice in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
Serving
  1. Once blended, pour the mixture into your favorite glass.
  2. Garnish with a sprig of mint for presentation and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best flavor, consume immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Garnish options include extra mint leaves or kiwi slices.
