Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Open the tube of cookie dough and slice it into 1/4 inch pieces.
- Place the cookie dough slices on a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan and press into an even layer.
- Bake the cookie crust for 11-12 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
- Wash and dry the berries.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
Assembly
- Spread a little less than half of the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled cookie crust.
- Outline the pizza with blueberries for the blue portion.
- Create seven red stripes across the pizza using raspberries.
- Pipe the remaining cream cheese mixture between the rows of raspberries.
Finishing
- Chill the completed pizza in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
For gluten-free, use gluten-free cookie dough. Consider substituting sugar with a sugar substitute for a healthier option. This dessert can be made a day in advance.
