Ingredients

For the Salmon
  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Can be substituted with avocado oil for a healthier option.
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches each.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. While the salmon is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Once done, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

These bites pair wonderfully with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables. Portion control is key for a balanced meal, so consider serving about 3-4 salmon bites per person. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
