  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the garlic butter and minced garlic together.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet and squeeze lemon juice on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
