- Add lemon juice and magnesium powder to a glass.
- Sprinkle in the pink Himalayan salt and optional cream of tartar.
- Add orange juice if desired for a sweeter, vitamin C-rich variation.
- Pour in filtered water and stir well until all minerals dissolve.
- Drink immediately, ideally within 30–60 minutes of waking for best results.
Notes
This drink is best made fresh. If you must store it, keep it in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Do not freeze the mixed drink; freezing can change the flavor.
