Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8-12 oz filtered water Use cold or room temperature water for best results.
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt Restores electrolytes.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Provides vitamin C.
  • 1/4 tsp magnesium powder (glycinate or citrate) Helps relax muscles and reduce stress.
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (optional) Provides potassium.
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice (optional) Adds sweetness and vitamin C.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add lemon juice and magnesium powder to a glass.
  2. Sprinkle in the pink Himalayan salt and optional cream of tartar.
  3. Add orange juice if desired for a sweeter, vitamin C-rich variation.
  4. Pour in filtered water and stir well until all minerals dissolve.
  5. Drink immediately, ideally within 30–60 minutes of waking for best results.

Notes

This drink is best made fresh. If you must store it, keep it in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Do not freeze the mixed drink; freezing can change the flavor.
