Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the browned butter and both sugars until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  6. Fold in the M&M's, chocolate chips, and oats.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown.
  3. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze the dough for longer storage.
