Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the browned butter and both sugars until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in the M&M's, chocolate chips, and oats.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze the dough for longer storage.
